A Day With the Crew

Crews meet each morning at the Kernersville yard, load up, and head to scheduled jobs around Winston-Salem, Greensboro, and nearby areas. Work includes trimming, removals, hauling brush, and cleanup.

  1. Prepare Together

Meet the crew, load the equipment, and understand the day's work before leaving the yard.

  2. Work as a Team

Support pruning, removals, rigging, brush handling, and equipment operations according to your role and training.

  3. Finish the Job

Help clear the work area, load materials, and prepare equipment for the next job.

Here you get the peace of mind of having work year round serving clients across Winston-Salem, Greensboro and the Triad area. We hire across a variety of roles. Whether you want to learn rigging and climbing techniques or want to get your hands on some machinery and learn equipment operations or you are looking to pursue an arborist career and want to learn about tree care in a professional environment, Green Bear is the place to be.

At Green Bear Tree Service we offer fair opportunities to learn and advance. We love to hire internally and give our team members the opportunity to grow and take on more responsibility.
