Positions Available

Whether you are just starting out or you have a few years of experience under your belt, we have a position for you on our team. Here are some of the most common positions we hire for.

  1. Ground Crew/Tree Worker – You support climbers, operators and chippers.
  2. Climber/Arborist – You are responsible for pruning, rigging, safe tree removals whether through ground rigging or aerial lifts.
  3. CDL Driver/Equipment Operator – You operate dump trucks, cranes and stump grinders.
  4. Crew Leader/Foreman – You oversee job execution, safety and client communication.
  5. Estimator/Sales Rep – You assist with client quotes, property assessments and proposal writing.

Requirements and Expectations

We’re looking for team players that respect their work, prioritize safety for themselves and the people around them and have a can-do attitude when faced with challenges. Tree care isn’t easy work so you need to have the ability to think out of the box and believe in yourself to have the ability to overcome challenges.

  • Must adhere to safety protocols under ANSI and OSHA standards.
  • Must have a drivers license or CDL - depending on what's needed for your position.

Experience

Tree service or landscaping experience is definitely welcome but it is not a necessity. Training is provided for newcomers.

No experience required. We train motivated individuals in climbing, ground operations, and safety. Prior landscaping or outdoor work helps but isn’t necessary.

Crews meet each morning at the Kernersville yard, load up, and head to scheduled jobs around Winston-Salem, Greensboro, and nearby areas. Work includes trimming, removals, hauling brush, and cleanup.

Yes — our company and crew are fully insured for your peace of mind and workplace safety compliance.

Hands-on instruction covering PPE use, chainsaw handling, rigging systems, and ANSI Z133 standards. Regular tailgate safety meetings and mentorship from experienced climbers.
